Who we are
Dr. Noor & Associates Dental Clinic (P.O. Box 7428-00200, Nairobi) is responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
When you request an appointment or send a message we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, the reason for your visit and whether you have visited before. We do not ask for medical records online.
How we use it
Only to arrange and confirm your appointment, to reply to your message, and to keep the records a dental practice must keep. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How we protect it
Requests are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a secured database that only authorised clinic staff can access. Booking alerts are sent to the clinic's own email address.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It uses cookies to count visits but does not tell us who you are.
